Are you familiar with the building codes in my area? We always build decks and install fences that meet county codes. As a licensed and local Class A contractor, we are familiar with county requirements.

A typical residential fence takes between 2-3 days to construct, depending on weather and material availability. Your fence construction timeline will depend on the size of the fence, weather conditions, and whether we need to wait for a property survey or approval from the homeowner's association.

Yes. Anytime you dig on your property, Miss Utility needs to be called to ensure that no power or gas lines are disrupted. We handle that step for you and make direct arrangements with Miss Utility.
Yes. We understand that adding a deck or fence to your property changes the look (for the better) of your community. We are happy to provide drawings and measurements for you to submit to your homeowners' association. Construction times will also vary depending on the HOA approval process.

There are different methods of care for different materials.
- Wood: We recommend that once your wooden deck or fence has seasoned approximately three months, you pressure wash and stain it to protect it from warping over time.
- Composite: There are many commercial cleaners available to keep your composite deck looking new.
- Aluminum or chain-link: Aluminum and chain-link fences need no further maintenance.
Yes. We can pressure wash, stain, or paint an existing or new deck or fence. We can stain your wooden deck to help protect and enhance its natural beauty.
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months after your deck or fence has been built. We want you to love your deck or fence and will always make ourselves available if you have any concerns.
Yes. We repair fences and decks and replace damaged boards. We can also help with routine maintenance, such as pressure washing, staining, and sanding. We also offer interior and exterior home repairs.
Yes. We can disassemble and remove an existing fence or deck.
Yes. We can remove and replace damaged fence posts, deck beams, sections of fences, gates, or even an entire structure.
With proper survey markers, we can build your fence directly on the line. However, we recommend that fences stand 1-2 inches from the line.
